Iron Men
Mission Statement: Genesis 14: 14-16To develop Men of God who embrace their proper leadership roles within the Kingdom by establishing themselves as both servants and soldiers within the Kingdom of God.To develop men who serve God through serving their families, churches, and their communities; while taking a frontline position as spiritual warriors in the ongoing warfare that is evident in today’s society.
Vision Statement:The vision of the Men’s Division is to develop men as servant leaders.
PurposeOffice of Men’s Division is responsible for developing ongoing programs and international networks to develop lead men of God as servant leaders. The General Overseer of the Men’s Division along with the directors are responsible for implementing a plan of action that will enhance the numbers of committed men within the Body of Christ internationally. Our goal is to enhance the men of the Kingdom of God in the areas of faith, family, finance, fellowship and future.
I. FaithDevelop an ongoing progression in our relationship with God and our desire to live according to His Word.
II. FamilyChallenge and teach men to successfully take their roles as priest, prophet and kings of their homes.
III. FinanceInstruct and encourage men to operate financially according to kingdom principles. Provide information regarding budgeting, decision making and goal setting in order to produce Kingdom prosperity.
IV. FellowshipProvide conferences, seminars, golf tournaments, fishing trips and other avenues of fellowship in order to connect men outside the arena of a worship experience.
V. FutureDevelop mentoring programs and connect with existing programs to help develop future lead men who may be currently at risk.
